I bought a 6 personal training sessions with Gerson and absolutely loved it! I was already pretty active when I started my personal training sessions, but he still managed to kick my butt each day and I could tell I was getting stronger! I prefer to do circuit training so he worked that into every session and I enjoyed it so much. He made sure my form was correct and challenged me to push myself all while being very encouraging.
I've been training with Gerson for about three weeks, and I'm already improving with my strength and fitness since my first session. Gerson's availability is also flexible. He can schedule you around your own schedule, which is great because mine is always changing! I'll be training for three months, and would like to continuing for the rest of the year. —Jessica
