Reached her goal of losing 5 lbs. and having a slender body . In addition she also lowered her blood pressure and cholesterol levels. She is continuing to transform her body and live an active life style.
After being involved in a car accident, Alan lost his muscle tissue during the recovery process. Now he is training in order to regain his ability to walk again. Alan is now able to stand up and has more strength than before. I will update Alan's Story as he continues to make great progress!

I bought a 6 personal training sessions with Gerson and absolutely loved it! I was already pretty active when I started my personal training sessions, but he still managed to kick my butt each day and I could tell I was getting stronger! I prefer to do circuit training so he worked that into every session and I enjoyed it so much. He made sure my form was correct and challenged me to push myself all while being very encouraging.
It has only been one week but I am already seeing progress working with Gerson. I would recommend him as a personal trainer to anyone looking to jump start their fitness.
